Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted if the hair is in its original condition. In order for an exchange to be accepted the hair must be undamaged, unworn and all the tags and packaging it came with must be still intact.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please drop off or send your frontal/closure & bundles via post to our location at least 7 days prior to your chosen appointment date for prep and customisation. (additional fees may apply if there is a delay in receiving your hair within the time frame given).
Please ensure that you provide new bundles or freshly washed and dried hair with all threads removed.
Please ensure your hair is thoroughly washed & detangled.
Braiding appointments are only bookable on weekends (9AM &10AM slots only)
DEPOSITS
A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen service. The balance will be paid on the day of your appointment, cash or card will be accepted.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of rescheduling or cancellation.
LATE POLICY
Please ensure that you arrive to your appointment on time.
If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged an additional late fee of £10.
If you are over 20 minutes late this may result in your appointment being cancelled.
RESCHEDULING
Your appointment can be rescheduled up to 48 HOURS of your appointment date and time.
If you would like an appointment date or time that is not listed on the calendar please send us an email as we may be able to accommodate a different time or date that is not listed on the calendar (extra fees may apply).
